The first teams to work in Relatance.
Founding Partners run Relatance on their own projects from the first week. You get direct access to the founders and a say in what ships next. We get to learn from the hardest version of the problem.
If the project you're running today already feels like the problem we describe
Founding Partner places are limited because the start is hands-on. The fit is strongest where relationships move the project.
In practice: a data center or energy development running 18 to 60 months, or an owner's rep or development advisory carrying several owners at once.
It might also be a GC or design firm whose repeat work rests on a few principals' relationships, or a land team holding an entitlement path across a council, a utility, and a lender.
From conversation to working Orbit, in 4 steps
- 01
Fit call
You describe the project and the question your team keeps running into. We tell you honestly whether Relatance fits.
- 02
Working session
Together we map a slice of one live project into Orbit: the organizations involved, the people your team already knows there, and the relationships between them.
Bring: the project, one or two people who know it well, and any notes, email threads, or lists that help.
You leave with: a working Orbit for that slice, and an answer to one real question your team is asking, such as who you already know who can help with a permitting or interconnection question.
- 03
Onboarding
Seats and permissions set up, and MCP connected for the assistants your team uses: Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, or Grok.
- 04
Working rhythm
Your team brings context in as the project moves, and we check in with you on what's helping and what should change.
